BACHELOR POST SOCIAL REGISTER

Last evening, Mr. M. Gerber, Ms. B. Rohrbacker, and their son Benjamin Isaac, entertained Jason Rohrblogger of our fair hamlet at their spacious, smartly decorated home in Tucson. Other honored guests included a visitor from Oregon, Sid Brewster and Mr. Clayton Rohrbacker, the hostesses' father and grandfather of Benjamin Gerber. After hors d'oeuvres guests were led to the dining table by the aroma of roasted meats. Mr. Gerber, playing chef du jour to Ms. Rohrbacker's gracious hostessing, had prepared a decadent feast! A mélange of various delights surrounded a Prime Rib of Beef roasted to a moist medium-rare. There was never a silent moment at the table as the guests exclaimed over the tasty fare and extolled the skills of chef and hostess! Replete with the sumptuous dinner fare, guests somehow made room for a fun dessert of make-your-own sundaes and freshly brewed French Roast coffee, and cozily steeped mint tea. Christmas was then celebrated with hugs and warm wishes, and a lively demonstration of nursing by Benjamin Isaac. The evening came to a bittersweet end as guests departed for home on a temperate eve, knowing that it would be some time before they would be able to recreate the conviviality and camaraderie of this special night...
